
OK, all you sales professionals who insist that "the best price always wins". Let's see if that's true...
Because, the worlds least expensive car was unveiled to the world today. The Tata Nano.
So, using that sales logic, these guys ought to outsell their competition. It's a no-brainer. Why would I pay $30,000 more for another car brand, when this one can be had for a whopping 90% less!
Because, of course, price always wins in sales. At least that's what I constantly
hear from sales professionals, especially those who struggle. "If only it was priced lower..." Or, "We're so much more expensive than our competitors! I can't beat them!"
I'll be sitting here in my office, which has a view to the street, and start counting the flood of Tata Nanos that start buzzing around....
