
Seth Godin sets his sights on one of my pet peeves: The wrong use of capitalization in advertising.

The point here, for me anyway, is how vitally important the right use of the English language is when you're trying to communicate your message to someone (especially a potential new lawyer). Words matter. Words mean things.
And, if you're trying to attract top-flight talent to your "lawyering" program, would you really boast that you're 16th in the country? And, word to the ad agency that put this winner together: It's always best to use a present tense word like "is", not "was".
You can't sell if you can't write, folks. Come on...
