A social networking website ala MySpace.com that is reserved for the 50+ crowd, complete with a special obituraries section?
Believe it or not, it really exists. At least it will soon.
TechCrunch has the details on this new entrepreneurial effort from Jeff Taylor, the founder of Monster.com.
My quick point here is that it's going to be a tough sell. And lots of other people are agreeing with me. Does that mean it won't work? Not necessarily. But Taylor will have to climb a pretty big mountain to make it all work.
If you're going to make the jump into entrepreneurialism, make sure the hurdles aren't too high. Starting a business is tough enough...our friend over at EntrepreneurEvolution blogs about that today, in fact. So make sure that if you decide to start your own business, be sure that the odds are in your favor. Make it a "calculated" risk if at all possible.
