That study measures quantifiable statistics based on eBay sales as they relate to sellers with positive or negative feedback.

What about you, and your reputation, as it relates to selling whatever it is you're selling?
How much is your good reputation worth? Or, conversely, how much is your bad reputation in the marketplace costing you? All those missed appointments...broken promises...bad products...bad follow-up. How much does all of that cost you in lost business?
