I have no earthly idea what really works. I don't know if it's lunch or that powerpoint or the Christmas card I sent last year. But you know what? You have no clue what works either. I'll keep experimenting if you will.
That's really true, isn't it? Do any of us really know (I mean really know) what makes someone buy? Probably not. But Seth also nails the solution in his post: Keep experimenting. Keep trying. Keep on selling. I'm talking about "Sam I Am" type selling, because sometimes persistence, creativity and a little luck is what it takes to make it in the world of sales.
