I hope mommy and baby are doing well. As a father myself, I chuckle sometimes about how no one ever seems to ask the dad how *he's* doing. But then, he's emerged unscathed, except maybe for stresses that are utterly insignificant when compared to those endured by mother and child.

Great article on the staples on the pole...I can relate to that as I have not only been in a work environment like that but also have been raised that way by my parents. The roots of your analagy are deep and I thank you for pointing that out to me...best of wishes...
Ps I do not judge the quality of my day on how much I harvest, I judge the quality of my day by how many seeds I plant. (can't remember who said it, all I know, it wasn't me)
