

Find it, service the daylights out of it, become a champion of it, survey it, cater to it, thank it, ask it to talk to others, get permission from it, provide solutions for it, go above and beyond for it.
That's what Seth Godin is getting at towards the end of his post today.
As time goes on, and Web 2.0 continues to develop and find its place in the world, highly effective niche service and product companies will win the most customers. And keep them.
