Today, he said something that was some great advice for sales professionals who are having trouble with sales, and their confidence in their product or service:
"The first sales is the one you make to yourself."
What a great reminder. Are you sold on what you're selling? If not, that's going to show through to your prospect. It's easy for customers to see through a sales rep who is just going through the motions, and doesn't really believe in what their representing.
