As I Said Earlier, It Might Be OK to Fire Your Customer

I first talked to my audience of sales professionals back in May about this.  I stand by my comments.

Seth Godin asks the same question in his recent post.

To him I say, "I think that couple should be banned from JetBlue for while, if not forever." 

The thing about the web, and blogs in particular, is that they have not only taken away the annonymity and safety of companies, but also (potentially) of it's customers.  I still don't see anything bad coming from a healthy, open exchange of ideas, praises and rants...so long as it's a two-way street with equal potential consequences for both customer and company.
