Final in a series:
First, our thanks go out to Jeffrey Gitomer and his staff. They honored our request for a quick interview in the middle of their hectic week, and we truly appreciate it.
Second, if you want to get more familiar with Jeffrey and his advice for sales and marketing professionals, I would highly recommend these books by Mr. Gitomer:
- The Little Red Book of Selling. I keep my copy in my bathroom, and I've read it five or six times...and I still pick up great advice I missed the time before. You need this book if you're in sales. You can buy it on Amazon (cheap!) by clicking here.
- The Little Red Book of Sales Answers. Sales professionals
have questions, Jeffrey has answers. In fact, this interview for LandingTheDeal is a microcosm of his latest book. It's packed full of useful, real world advice with no mumbo-jumbo and gooey sales theory. Just good, solid, real-world advice. Buy it on Amazon by clicking here.
Start with those two, and you'll be hooked. If you want to see Jeffrey's complete line of books, CD's and other helpful products, just click here. I've loved everything he has written, so I know you will enjoy his solid advice. I highly recommend his site.
Want his stuff for free? Click here to subscribe to his weekly e-mail. Its Jeffrey's wit and wisdom in convenient e-mail bite sized chunks.
One more thing. If you value this interview with a world famous author, and would like to hear more from Jeffrey on LandingTheDeal, click here to send him a quick e-mail and just say, "Thanks for your interview on LandingTheDeal. I loved it! I want more!" Let's show Jeffrey some love (and encourage him to do more one-on-one interviews for all of us to enjoy and learn from).
My thanks again to Jeffrey Gitomer for some great insights on selling.
Coming up later this week here at LandingTheDeal:
- Our exclusive interview with the one-and-only Seth Godin.
- Sales lessons from a former rock and roll legend.
- The FIRST EVER online interview with someone many people consider to be the greatest salesman EVER!
Stay tuned!

I just wanted to say "Bravo!" for this outstanding interview with Jeffrey Gitomer. Like you, I'm a MASSIVE fan of his teachings.
I reviewed his latest book on my own blog, which caters to Ad Agency account reps, a few weeks ago. In there I wrote, and your interview just confirms it, 'What he does do, and quite well, is hit you right square in the face with a strong approach to selling.'
Again, congratulations and well done!
