Study of Word of Mouth Advertising

Ron over at Buzzoodle has a link to an interesting - no, fascinating - study of word of mouth (WOM) advertising.

You can link directly to the PDF report, produced by BoldMouth, by clicking here.  You should save it, read it, and see how the theory can affect your sales and marketing techniques.

In my opinion, word of mouth marketing is the most trusted, most powerful form of advertising and selling there is.  Walking, talking advertising testimonials from people you know...how can a 30 second TV ad beat that?
