- Conveniences that don't work end up being road blocks to good customer service. Get rid of the stuff that doesn't work.
- Conveniences that don't work get in the way of selling your products and services. You even risk losing customers.
- Conveniences that don't work - and haven't been working for a long time, but are still be presented to your customers - risk sending the message that you aren't competent to handle the little details necessary if a business wants to be great.
- Conveniences that don't work risk being broadcast to a larger audience.
