Note that Dr. Martin doesn't sell dentistry (i.e.- fillings, crowns, etc.). He sells SMILES. It's the difference that makes the difference in everything about him, his staff and the office environment.
By the way, in the end, isn't that what all good salespeople ultimately sell?
