Thanks for the reference to my posting of the Microsoft Demographic tool Beta - like to play with those tools just to get an idea on who is really responding to a site.
Like you say, we're just seeing the beginning of being able to truly segment traffic. One of the things we have to contend with is people don't like to to be segmented....and yet, it's easier to make a segmented experience to better handle what people really want AND in order to measure it.
