Some friends of ours sell cookware for AmericanMaid Cookware. It's a direct selling organization that demonstrates their product first-hand in the customer's home. On Friday night, our kitchen was transformed into a product showroom with some friends and family along for the ride.
The night was full of valuable little sales lessons, and some interesting
stories. I don't usually like these kind of "in home" demonstrations, but this was different...it was very low pressure selling, and they cooked us a great dinner.
As you read the series, try to make corrolations between what Ernesto and Janel Garcia (a husband and wife sales team) do in their sales day, and what you do. They're successful at what they do...are you? Could you be more successful? Learn from them. They did a great job, as you'll see, and are building a great business.
