I was kind of excited about that (always like to see the blog getting the wide audience promotion it so richly deserves), but then I realized that Know More Media (our parent network) paid that person for them clicking over to my blog.
But, you know what? That person won't find any tips on my blog for
buying cars (although I will tell you that you should buy a car on the last day of the month, preferably during June or September...you'll get better deals).
The lesson here, if you're selling your product or service over the Internet: Be careful where and how you advertise. KMM paid for someone to visit a sales blog when they were looking for used car buying tips. I hope the reader enjoyed their visit to the blog (who wouldn't?) but they didn't find what they were really looking for.
