Case in point: Clothing for dogs. 
Dogs don't need clothes. The Good Lord gave them fur, and it works just fine. But we love to dress our dogs and cats up. And there's an entire industry devoted to selling us clothing and accessories for our pets. It's a huge business.
Does it make sense to manufacture clothing and accessories for dogs? Not if you're thinking with your head.
But if you sell with your head - use your intelligence to figure out why people buy what they buy - and find ways to work your sales message into your buyer's heart, you'll be successful beyond your wildest dreams.
