
Seth Godin poses an interesting question on the marketing of the global warming. Putting the politics and personal opinions on the matter aside, it's an interesting problem that supporters of the idea have to overcome.
So, the question really is, if you were a "global warming sales rep" and it was your job to "sell" the global warming concept, how would you do it?...
...If you clicked the "continue reading" link expecting to find answers to that question, you're out of luck.
I sat here and tried to think of some approaches different than the creative ones that Seth came up with and I can't...its a tough question.

Here's the problem: Because people aren't personally affected by it as of right now (and there are those who believe the whole thing is b.s. and we'll never be affected by it) it's not sticking to people's awareness. It's not personal. And until it affects our ability to watch "American Idol" or take a trip to the beach in the summer, it probably will not be anything more than a hip concept to pretend to be concerned about on your way to the movies in your Ford Excursion.
