Authentic and Popular: That's the Goal For Sales Professionals

It's the bell curve thing, according to Seth Godin.  He's talking about business and innovation and how something might start out "cool and quirky" but often goes over to the far right of the bell curve and caters only to the masses.

Popularity is fine, but authenticity counts to (and is more memorable).  Did you read my post on sales people you'd like to deal with?  Authentic wins every time, I think.
