Back in the late 90's, people who wanted cool, rewarding careers gave up on newspaper classifieds and flocked to websites like Monster.com. Now, we may see people give up on sites like Monster.com in favor of highlighting themselves via their blog to find their next cool, rewarding career. At the time of this posting, his resume had 269 reads. Not bad.
