Christopher Carfi at The Social Customer Manifesto has a post on his experience as a customer this weekend while skiing (that's not him in the picture, by the way).

My question, once you've read the post: How would your company grow and prosper if they treated their customers like this?  Think about it.  Remember, sales success starts with loyal customers who will talk about you with fellow customers and prospects.
