The Internet can make any company's inner workings transparent.
Case in point: This blog from someone who is logging daily on their lame sales job at a lame company (the name he or she uses in the blog is not real).
Sounds like the company is a mess, but I tend to turn my focus towards the salesperson in this instance. I have some questions:
- Why are you still working there?
- Why are you devoting time and energy and negative thoughts towards a company and a leader whom you have absolutely no respect for?
I'm all for freedom of speech, and obviously I'm a supporter of blogging. But is this the best use of a sales professional's time and energy?
I've tracked-back to the site, so you never know...maybe the mystery salesperson will give their side of the story.
P.S. I'm recommending that all readers of this post and the mystery salesperson click here to hear how the CEO at Despair.com deals with employee complaints and insubordination.
